<P><STRONG>(2)將生薑去皮上火燒熱,倒入香油,待油熱後倒入薑絲,炸出香味,撈出薑絲,油倒入絲上,加精鹽,辣醬油,白糖,味精拌勻後即可。</STRONG></P>
