<P><STRONG>【制法】:1.將茄子削皮洗淨,切成長4公分,粗1公分的條;</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>把青蒜洗淨切成段;</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>將青辣椒切成小塊。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>2.炒鍋上火燒熱,放入油4湯匙,倒入茄子條翻炒數下,加鹽,焙至茄子條的水分基本收乾時,撈出將油瀝乾待用。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>3.炒鍋再上火,放入油3湯匙,炒香豆瓣醬,下青蒜段、木耳和青辣椒塊炒香,倒入茄子條,再用醬油調味,用水澱粉勾芡,淋入辣椒油炒勻即可。</STRONG></P>
