<P><STRONG>【制法】:(1)薯仔去皮切薄片,放冷水內浸片刻,瀝乾水分。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(2)燒熱6湯匙牛油,排入薯片煎透,上蓋滿火煮20分鐘。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(3)魚切大件,洗淨抹乾,加鹽和胡椒粉拌勻,撲上乾麵粉。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(4)燒熱沙律油,排入魚塊,煎至兩面金黃熟透,最後下2湯匙牛油,以增加香味。</STRONG></P>
