<P><STRONG>水魔芋切成條,放沸水鍋內氽兩次,去掉石灰味,再漂在溫水內;</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>炒鍋置旺火上,下豬化油燒至七成熱時,放入鴨條煸炒至淺黃色起鍋,再將鍋洗淨加入肉湯燒沸,撈出花椒和豆瓣渣,放入鴨條,魔芋條,薑,蒜,紹酒,川鹽,醬油燒至汁濃鴨軟,魔芋入味時,加入青蒜苗,味精,用溫澱粉勾薄芡起鍋裝盤即成。</STRONG></P>
