【手太陰之筋起於大指之上】
循指上行結於魚，後行寸口外側，上循臂結肘中，上臑內廉，入腋下出缺盆，結肩前髃，上結缺盆，下結胸裡，散貫貴合賁下，抵季脇其病當所過者支轉筋痛，甚成息賁，脇急吐血，治在燔鍼劫刺，以知為數，以痛為輸。
