<P><STRONG>大陸海南島瓊海市指出，位於萬泉河上游的瓊海市牛路嶺水庫水位為<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=104">104</SPAN>.34公尺，還未超<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=105">105</SPAN>公尺的警戒線。水庫正以每秒<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>0之立方公尺的流量進行洩洪。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>洩洪使得萬泉河下游水量增加，截至昨晚，瓊海市監測萬泉河下游水位達9.19公尺，超過警戒水位0.19公尺。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>目前，已將萬泉河兩岸7個鎮1萬6000多人撤離，還有5000多人等待救援。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>瓊海市內已經出現積水，最深積水處達30公分。</STRONG></P>
