<P><STRONG>奈及利亞衛生部發布的最新數字顯示，持續一個月的霍亂疫情在奈國11個州和聯邦首都區已導致352人死亡。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>奈及利亞衛生部說，霍亂疫情仍在蔓延，截至目前奈國已經發現6497個霍亂疑似病例。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>並指出，大多數霍亂病例出現在中北部地區。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>衛生部說，霍亂的蔓延主要與居民得不到乾凈飲用水有關，尤其在雨季，大雨過後水源受到污染導致霍亂傳播。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>衛生部證實，在這11個州還發現5073例麻疹，導致83人死亡。</STRONG></P>
