<P><STRONG>其中清水國小校長蔡寶俊，其實是所有校長當中「收最兇」的，檢調查出，他從96年起，每學期都向便當業者收30多萬元賄款，5年來累積235萬元，不過事後坦承犯案，又策動其他校長投案，所以檢方手下留情，請求法院減輕其刑。</STRONG></P>
