<P><STRONG>苗栗縣通霄鎮一名陳姓男子騎乘機車載著太太和六歲兒子，行經西濱快速道路，後龍路段時，撞上一部因為故障停在路邊的聯結車，導致陳姓夫妻手跟腿骨折，小孩則是頭部重創，有生命危險。<BR></P></STRONG>
