<P><STRONG>外出慶生，沒想到卻是這樣的結局，昨天晚間在淡水河，大約四十名年輕人，包船遊河過生日，船開到大約關渡的河段，年輕人中一名22歲的林姓男子，一時興起，脫掉上衣後，就往河裡跳，沒想到這一跳，居然失蹤了，頓時間整個慶生氣氛變調，友人難過的說不出話，而失蹤男子的家屬趕到現場，忍不住放聲大哭。</STRONG></P>
