<P><STRONG>二高北上152公里處，苗栗苑裡路段，昨天接近傍晚的時候，一輛小貨車疑似因為爆胎，失控撞上護欄，造成火燒車，55歲李姓駕駛來不及逃生，當場燒死。</STRONG></P>
