<P><BR><STRONG>美國國家公園管理處表示，當局斥資2725萬美元整修，以便讓女神像內部更安全、更便利。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>自由女神像將開放到10月28號，以後就謝絕遊客，進行整修。</STRONG></P>

<P><BR><STRONG>紐約自由女神像在911恐怖攻擊事件後，基於安全考量而關閉，後來觀景台開放，但頂部皇冠區直到<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年七月四號國慶日才開放，而且限制入內參觀人數。</STRONG></P>
