<P><STRONG>（中央社記者劉建邦台北21日電）台北市消防局今天表示，早上9時多，復興北路一棟大樓發生地下室變電箱起火意外，造成9人嗆傷，目前已將傷者送往醫院醫治，火勢已撲滅。</STRONG></P>
