<P><STRONG>新北市一名劉姓婦人，不滿失業丈夫長期以三字經辱罵，今年8月12日，丈夫又從晚上7點開始罵人，直到隔天凌晨4點，婦人一時氣憤，趁丈夫熟睡時，拿滾燙的熱油往丈夫頭上倒，造成丈夫全身50%二度灼傷，沒有生命危險，但必須接受植皮手續，丈夫堅持對妻子提告，檢方依殺人未遂，將劉姓婦人起訴。</STRONG></P>
