<P><BR><STRONG>聯合早報報導，在<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年12月俄羅斯就透露，越南計畫以20億美元，購買六艘柴電潛艦，但當時越南不予置評。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>但昨天越南青年報，引述越南國防部長馮光青的話說，越南將購買六艘俄羅斯（基洛級636級）潛艦，組成一支潛艦中隊，還說這支潛艦中隊，不會對週邊國家構成威脅。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>分析家認為，越南購買潛艦，目的是加強海上對抗能力。</STRONG></P>
