<P><BR><STRONG>新北：三日新北市傳出二起墜樓意外，男子葉堃吉疑為維修電視天線，下午二時許在萬里區玉田路住處十一樓攀登欄杆，意外失足墜樓身亡；下午五時許，新莊區中正路男子陳昱綸（四十三歲）墜樓死亡，為何墜樓仍調查中。</STRONG></P>
