<P><STRONG>高雄市一名黃姓嫌犯，從上個月開始，不到1個月的時間，就犯下9起搶奪案件，被捕之後，他聲稱是自己是單親爸爸，為了撫養3歲的女兒，才會鋌而走險，不過警方查出他還有積欠大筆債務，認為嫌犯只是拿女兒當藉口，做了最壞示範。</STRONG></P>
