<P><STRONG>去年8月，苗栗發生離奇車禍，一名飲料店員工騎機車外送途中，緊急閃避路邊一名婦人，雖然機車沒有直接撞上婦人，但閃避時因為側身，使得安全帽邊緣擦撞到婦人，婦人往後仰，頭部撞地死亡，飲料店員工最後和死者家屬達成和解，賠償270萬。</STRONG></P>
