<P><BR><STRONG>索馬利亞上一次進入饑荒狀態，已經是19年前的事情。報導指出，東非目前所遭受的旱災，是五十多年以來，最嚴重的一次，目前為止，已經有大約一千萬人受災。</STRONG></P>
