<P><BR><STRONG>報導說，米雷颱風肆虐菲律賓時，引發暴雨和狂風大浪，一些漁民落水，還有幾名民眾被洪水沖走，總共15人列為失蹤。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>米雷是今年影響菲律賓的第6個颱風，菲國氣象局說，今年預估還有15個颱風或熱帶風暴，會影響菲律賓。</STRONG></P>
