<P><STRONG>大陸河北石家莊有四人涉嫌販售含有「三聚氰胺」的毒奶粉，被判處一年半到5年不等徒刑。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>法院指出，其中一名被告在<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年8月把半公噸的毒奶粉賣給一家公司。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>公司化驗員雖然驗出「三聚氰胺」超標，但公司還是決定照收不誤，並把毒奶粉摻入其他公司加工的奶粉，並賣給酪農用來餵養小牛。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這四名嫌犯了判刑之外，還被罰款一到25萬元人民幣不等。</STRONG></P>
