<P><STRONG>（中央社台北11日電）英國「金融時報」（FT）引述未具名資深官員談話指出，歐洲各國領袖準備接受希臘部分債券違約，以作為新紓困方案的一環，如此一來，希臘總債務將處於可承受的水準。</STRONG></P>
