<P><STRONG>據南非媒體報導，位於約翰尼斯堡東部的(史特拉斯博特服務中心)午夜發生火災，造成12人死亡、27人受傷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報導說，服務中心主要為智障人士和老人提供關懷服務，最多可容納155人，火災發生時中心共有59人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>南非總統(祖馬)在得知慘劇後向火災罹難者表示沉痛的哀悼，並向家屬表示深切慰問。</STRONG></P>
