<P><BR><STRONG>英特爾發表第3代固態硬碟Intel SSD 320系列，採用25奈米製程技術，售價較現有系列低3成，提供40GB、<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=120">120</SPAN>GB、160GB、<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>GB與600GB等版本。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>英特爾指出，320系列主要針對桌上型電腦與筆記型電腦而設計，新一代固態硬碟加入強化的資料安全功能、電力耗損管理及創新的資料備援功能。</STRONG></P>
