<P><STRONG>（路透東京17日電）日本經濟產業大臣海江田萬里（Banri Kaieda）今天表示，如果上午電力需求超過，東京和周邊地區晚上可能出現無預警的大規模停電。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>海江田萬里指出，今天上午的電力需求幾乎已達東京電力公司（Tokyo Electric Power Co.）的可用容量。他補充說，電力需求高峰通常在傍晚或晚上。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>北方大約有85萬用戶仍然停電，該處天候將近冰點。東北電力公司（Tohuko Electric Power Co.）和政府都表示，至少有150萬用戶缺水。中央社（翻譯）</STRONG></P>
