<P><STRONG>國際能源總署(IEA)15日表示，因為利比亞國內持續動亂，石油生產已經幾乎全面停擺。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>國際能源總署在報告中表示：「目前比較清楚的是，受到利比亞國內內亂的影響，利比亞原本每天大約<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=130">130</SPAN>萬桶原油生產量，可能會在未來幾週仍繼續停產。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報告中指出，利比亞停產原油，恐怕會使油價繼續攀高，並「危及今年全球的原油生產展望」。</STRONG></P>
