<P><STRONG>南韓外交部今天表示，日本東北部外海今天下午發生大地震，韓國政府決定向日本派遣「<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=119">119</SPAN>救護隊」，並以李明博總統和外長名義，向日本發送慰問電。</STRONG></P>
