<P><STRONG>英國從今天起，凡是把兩個輪子停上紅磚道的駕駛人都要重罰。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>英國交通部長(貝克)說，駕駛人把車停在紅磚道上，逼得行人必須到快車道跟汽車爭道，嚴重影響行人安全。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>貝克說，駕駛人佔用行人專用紅磚道停車的作法十分不道德，因此交通部決定，類似違規罰款七十英鎊，將近三千五百新台幣，希望遏止這股歪風。</STRONG></P>
