<P><STRONG>（法新社舊金山24日電） 谷歌公司（<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=Google">Google</SPAN>）今天證實，正在建構能與新創公司Groupon匹敵的線上購物折扣服務。據報導，團購折扣網站Groupon拒絕這家網路巨擘的收購出價。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>Google發言人告訴法新社：「Google正在與小型企業洽談，爭取它們支持並參與測試預付交易/優惠券計畫。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他說：「這項方案是Google為了推出新產品，正著手努力的一部分，像是最近的Offer Ads試用版，用新的方式連結企業與顧客。」</STRONG></P>
