<P><STRONG>（中央社記者張芳明東京28日專電）日本總務省今天發表的統計指出，去年的平均失業率為5.1%，歷年來排名第3高，就業市場仍嚴峻。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>總務省指出，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>0年的平均失業率和前年相同，僅次於<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>2年的5.4%和2003年的5.3%，連續2年高居5%以上。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>統計指出，去年企業的平均求才率（平均每位求職者的工作機會）為0.52，是4年來首次改善，但在歷年的排名第3低。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>統計並指出，去年12月單月的失業率為4.9%，比前一個月改善0.2個百分點，3個月來首次改善，失業人口為298萬。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>厚生勞動省的統計指出，去年12月企業的求才率為0.57，和前1個月相同。</STRONG></P>
