<P><STRONG>（法新社日內瓦26日電） 聯合國國際電信聯盟（International Telecommunication Union，ITU）秘書長托赫（Hamadoun Toure）今天表示，全球網路使用者已達20億人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>托赫告訴記者，手機用戶也達50億象徵門檻。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他說：「<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>0年初，全球僅有5億手機用戶和2億5000萬網路使用者。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>托赫指出，「到了2011年初，手機使用者跳增至50億，而網路用戶也增長至20億。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>國際電信聯盟公布於網路的最新數據顯示，網路使用者人數在<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2010">2010</SPAN>年底估計已達20億8000萬人，2009年的網路使用者人數則為18億6000萬人。 </STRONG></P>
