<P><STRONG>（路透都柏林20日電）都柏林「經濟與社會研究協會」（Economic and Social Research Institute）今天表示，愛爾蘭每星期有約<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>0名勞工到海外尋求發展，即便出口增加，也未能改善當地就業前景。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>史無前例的金融危機迫愛爾蘭民眾，尤其是年輕畢業生，追隨老一輩的腳步到海外尋找就業機會。愛爾蘭國會選舉即將登場之際，移民已成為最熱門議題。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>有政府資金補助的經濟與社會研究協會估計，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>0年4月至<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2012">2012</SPAN>年4月的兩年期間，外移移民總數估計會達10萬人次。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這個出境率是最近記憶以來最高，甚至讓1980年代黯然失色。80年代的勞工外移創傷在1989年達高峰，外流淨值達4.4萬人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>經濟與社會研究協會表示，以出口為導向的經濟成長，無法釋出足夠的工作機會來阻止這場移民潮。</STRONG></P>
