<P><STRONG>（法新社新加坡17日電） 新加坡高層官員今天表示，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2010">2010</SPAN>年新加坡生育率再創新低，代表這個城市國家在人口老化的同時，需持續引進外勞以維持經濟成長。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>新加坡副總理黃根成表示，去年生育率跌至1.16，比之前創新低的<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年數字1.22更低。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>他在政策研究所（Institute of Policy Studies）主辦的一項論壇演說中表示：「逾30年，我們都未達人口替代生育率。」</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>黃根成表示，政府已保證以新加坡居民利益為優先的同時，仍需持續雇用外勞。</STRONG></P>
