<P><STRONG>（中央社記者王曼娜香港4日電）羅兵鹹永道會計師事務所今天發表報告指出，由於國際資金持續流入香港，吸引中國及海外企業來港上市集資，預料今年在港新上市公司有110家，集資總額為港幣<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>0億至<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=350">350</SPAN>0億元。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報告指出，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>0年首次在港招股上市的公司有<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=114">114</SPAN>家，集資額達港幣4450億元，分別較<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年大幅增加56%及79%，集資額更創歷史紀錄。</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG></STRONG> </P>
<P><STRONG>去年平均每家新上市公司集資金額為47億元，較2009年成長近15%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>羅兵鹹永道認為，由於今年全球主要經濟體復甦仍不明朗，加上香港低利率環境，預料國際資金持續流入香港，利用香港資本市場投資中國大陸企業股份，吸引大陸及外國企業持續來港上市集資。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>該行預料，今年在港新上市公司有110家，新股總集資額介於3000億至3500億元。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>新股集資以中小型企業為主，行業包括零售、消費品、服務業、工業、金融及能源礦業等。</STRONG></P>
