<P><STRONG>3年前，莫拉克颱風重創台灣，其中金帥飯店也因此倒塌，掉落湍急河水，飯店業者以縣府怠忽職守、救災不力為由申請國賠，質疑發生風災時，縣府沒有及時投擲消波塊，導致飯店地基遭大水淘空倒塌，法院審理後，判業者獲賠1<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>多萬，全案還可再上訴。</STRONG></P>
