<P><STRONG>剛果民主共和國東部今天(25日)發生船隻翻覆事故，有7人生還，但是有72人下落不明，研判凶多吉少。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>船東表示，天氣惡劣、風力太強可能是造成船難的主要原因。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這起事故發生在剛果東部的基伍湖(Lake Kivu)，當地布卡伍鎮(Bukavu)安全官員指出，發生船難時，船上大約有80人，7人獲救，下落不明的乘客最少72人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>剛果位在非洲中部，叢林、河川密佈，道路設施不足，民眾經常搭船往來；不過，船隻年久失修，常常超過使用期限，船難意外頻傳。</STRONG></P>
