<P><STRONG>阿富汗南部城市「坎達哈」一座主要監獄發生400多名犯人集體越獄事件</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>典獄官表示，這些犯人挖掘了一條聯外地道，(台北時間)今天凌晨集體逃亡，越獄的犯人大多是「塔里班」份子，其中大約一百人是塔里班領導層級人員。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>這座監獄總共關押了<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=120">120</SPAN>0名犯人。官員證實有476名犯人越獄，超過監獄犯人的三分之一。</STRONG></P>
