<P><STRONG>根據阿根廷當局表示，一輛油罐車17日在布宜諾斯艾利斯(Buenos Aires)省，撞上一輛滿載觀光客的小卡車，造成至少13人死亡。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>地方媒體引述目擊者報導，這看來似乎是油罐車的駕駛失去控制，突然偏離方向，才撞上這輛載著遊客的小卡車。</STRONG></P>
