<P><STRONG>（中央社記者顏伶如波特蘭29日專電）據標準普爾國際債信評等公司（Standard Poor's）今天公布的最新統計，購屋民眾減少，加上數以百萬計法拍屋出現在市面，研判美國各地房價明年將繼續下跌。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>標普今天公布的「標準普爾與凱斯席勒房屋價格索引」（SP/Case-Shiller Home Price Indices）指出，今年8月、9月、10月全美各地房屋價格統計做成的10月份全美房價平均值，比今年9月份公布的數值下跌1.3%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報告也顯示，全美所有城市都出現房價每個月逐漸下跌趨勢，前一次出現這種狀況是<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9年2月。波特蘭、達拉斯、丹佛市、北卡羅來納州沙洛特（Charlotte）、佛羅里達州坦帕（T<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=amp">amp</SPAN>a）等城市，更是連續4個月一路下滑。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>在所有城市當中，亞特蘭大的房價跌幅最大，10月份平均值比9月份平均值下跌2.9%。</STRONG></P>
