<P><STRONG>（中央社台北28日電）中國大陸東北第1條高速鐵路：哈爾濱至大連高鐵今天全線鋪通，這條高鐵可望在<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=2011">2011</SPAN>年底前開通營運。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>新華社報導，哈大高鐵縱貫東北3省，北起黑龍江省會哈爾濱、南至遼寧省大連，全長904公里，基礎設施預留時速達<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=350">350</SPAN>公里。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>報導說，哈大高鐵是大陸鐵路網北京一哈爾濱客運專線的重要部分，也是大陸第1條跨越高寒地區施工的高鐵，概算投資達人民幣980億元。</STRONG></P>
