<P><STRONG>日本福島陸地今天下午台北時間16時16分又發生規模7.0的強震，茨城縣測得最大震度為六級，氣象廳一度針對日本東北部沿海發布海 嘯警報。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>目前陸續有災情傳出，茨城縣因強震引發土石流，有車輛遭土石埋沒；因劇烈搖晃，新幹線已宣布停駛，另有瓦斯外洩災情；福島地區則有22萬戶停電。</STRONG></P>
