<P><STRONG>美國加州「聖地牙哥」外海一艘載有10人的帆船翻覆，造成兩人溺斃，8人受傷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>「聖地牙哥」消防救難隊表示，這艘帆船在「薛特島」附近翻覆，原因不明，船上所有人都落海，港務局警方隨即出動救援，將落海的10人全部拖上岸，但其中兩名年紀在5、60歲的男子已經溺斃死亡，其餘8人受傷送醫治療，都無大礙。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>警方表示，這艘船上多數人都屬於一個亞裔家庭，當局已透過翻譯，了解意外發生時的情況。</STRONG></P>
