<P><STRONG>日本大地震引發海嘯，至今證實已有900多人死亡，600多人失蹤，估計罹難及失蹤人數達到2千人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>自衛隊在岩手縣的高田市，發現<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>到<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=400">400</SPAN>具屍體，當地幾乎完全被海浪摧毀。宮城縣沿岸的南三陸町，大約1萬名居民下落不明。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>岩手、福島等5個縣合共大約30萬人疏散到臨時庇護中心，500多萬住戶無電力供應，超過<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=100">100</SPAN>萬戶飲水供應中斷。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>豐田等3家大型汽車公司，由於在地震後無法確保取得足夠汽車零件，決定暫停在日本所有車廠的生產。</STRONG></P>
