<P><STRONG>（中央社記者江今葉洛杉磯16日專電）洛杉磯郡政委員會今天通過商店禁用塑膠袋法案，將從<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2012">2012</SPAN>年1月1日起全面實施，未來洛杉磯郡內的超市與雜貨店等商家都將禁止使用塑膠袋。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>法案在洛杉磯郡政委員會（Los Angeles CountyBoard of Supervisors）以3比1通過，法案明訂除了用於水果、蔬菜與生肉這類必須與其他商品分開裝載的物品外，所有商家將不得提供消費者任何塑膠提袋。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>洛杉磯郡居民從<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=2011">2011</SPAN>年7月1日起，部分零售商店將不再提供塑膠袋，<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>2年1月1日起，所有商家全面禁止提供，消費者將必須自備購物袋。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>消費者若有使用塑膠袋的需求，必須向商家購買，每個售價目前暫訂10美分。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>根據統計，洛杉磯郡每年使用超過60億個塑膠袋，佔垃圾量的25%，其中只有5%的塑膠袋回收。</STRONG></P>
