<P><STRONG>而在日本福島縣的南相馬市，目前已知起碼有1800戶住家遭到地震海嘯毀損，超過6000人暫時躲在避難所內，但當地持續斷水，正面臨水源不足的難題；另外，這裡也一度傳出還有<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=300">300</SPAN>戶人家失聯，災情慘重。</STRONG></P>
