<P><STRONG>大陸雲南省盈江縣的官員說，昨天下午的地震造成當地兩萬多間房屋受損，將近15萬人受災。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>當地政府統計，因地震而受損的房屋，共有2萬2千4百戶，但完全倒塌的建物並不多。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>至於受災人數，則達14萬8千人。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>地震發生後，當地超過8萬5千人被迫緊急轉移，縣城內搭建了帳篷區，接納逃離家園的居民。</STRONG></P>
