<P><STRONG>（中央社記者胡立宗華盛頓8日專電）美國法院行政管理局今天公布<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=201">201</SPAN>0會計年度的聯邦法院破產聲請案件統計，總案件數較<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=200">200</SPAN>9會計年度增加13.8%，創下破產新法2005年底實施以來的新高。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>2009年10月1日至2010年9月30日的2010會計年度間，增加部分主要來自非營業聲請，達153萬8033件，較前一會計年度增加14.4%，營業聲請案則年減0.7%、計5萬8322件。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>美國實施「2005年破產濫用防制與消費者保護法」後，破產聲請規範較以往更嚴，使2006、2007會計年度的總件數較實施前明顯減少。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>但2008年的金融風暴使破產案件再度大增，直到2010年度才首度出現營業聲請案件數減少。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>以性質區分，屬於破產法第7章（直接破產清算）的案件數為<SPAN class=t_tag href="tag.php?name=114">114</SPAN>萬6511件，年增15.9%；第11章（原有經營者進行重整）的案件為1萬4191件，年減3.8%。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>第12章（農漁民的債務重整）的案件為707件，年增45.2%；第13章（個人破產重整）的案件為43萬4839件，年增9.2%。</STRONG></P>
