<P><STRONG>宜蘭發生15歲少年因為行竊5100元失風、竟然悶死賣菜婦人的命案。警方調查，涉案少年的父母離異，少年跟著打零工維生的父親，從台東、花蓮、到宜蘭，那裡可以打工、就到那裡，經常居無定所，曾涉及多起竊盜案，被法院裁定安置在宜蘭一處中途之家，接受保護管束。</STRONG></P>
<P><BR><STRONG>宜蘭警分局指出，這名少年曾經供稱，偷來的錢，大多用於染髮、穿耳洞、泡網咖，錢用光了，就想辦法偷，社會價值觀已經偏差。</STRONG></P>
