<P><STRONG>【制法】:(1)芹菜去老莖、老葉,洗淨,切成寸段,豬肉切成絲,用精鹽、澱粉拌勻,蛋皮切成絲,蔥切段。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(2)炒鍋置大火,待水開放入芹菜燙一下撈出,用冷水過涼。</STRONG></P>
