<P><STRONG>【制法】:(1)將芋頭去皮,用清水洗淨,切成滾刀塊,先在水裏煮八成熟時撈出待用,蔥切段、薑切末。</STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG>(2)炒鍋放油燒熱,將蔥段、薑末入鍋煸炒出香味後,放入芋頭塊翻炒數下,再放醬油、精鹽拌炒,見芋頭變黃色時,注入肉湯燜燒,待芋頭酥爛加味精,收乾水分,淋上明油,.出鍋裝盆即成。</STRONG></P>
